I contacted the department manger directly, we had a telephone chat and then an interview on-site. He asked me to describe a few product processes I managed in the past.

Question 1
How would a woman like you who gets much attention when she enter a room, would make engineers trust her to know what she is talking about? (no kidding)
I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Magic Leap
Interview
I was interviewed twice, a very transparent process, they kept me updated all the time. I was hired as a contractor and then as an employee.
The hiring analyst was very thorough and professional.
The hiring manager knew exactly what was being asked for the job.
In my opinion, they have a very complete hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Magic Leap in Aug 2019
Interview
Time from online application to first "they were interested" contact = 6 weeks. In-house recruiter screening 1 week later. Hiring mgr. Hang-out call set 1 week after, but mgr. was a no-show for that call. Rescheduled for following week and did happen this time. At end of this call, mgr. asks me to speak with more co-workers the following week, but since then BUPKIS !! It's been six weeks and position is still posted online.

Question 1
How do you deal with chaos in project requirements and goals?
I applied online. I interviewed at Magic Leap (Plantation, FL)
Interview
The process took one month from initial interview to offer. It was a relatively quick and thoughtful experience. Even when there were no updates to share during a few days stretch, recruiting reached out to let me know just that — there was no news yet. I appreciate that level of consideration and awareness for applicants.
