I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Magic Leap (Remote) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were three interviews. The first one involved a 1:1 with a member of the team to get to know your background and experience. The second interview involved behavioral questions in case by case data collection scenarios and the third interview was technical assessing your Python skills.

Q: What would you do if you were collecting data late in the day only to realize that you and your colleague had failed to collect the right data? What steps would you take and how would you communicate to your colleague?

Interview
The interview consisted of basic introductions in the beginning and then moved onto behavioral and situational scenarios. The main portion of the interview lasted at least thirty minutes with the remaining fifteen for any questions regarding the position or team.
