I had a couple interviews, first was with recruiter, then a phone interview for about an hour with one of their engineer leads. After that interview they sent me a coding problem which I had 3 hours to complete. After that I was flown out onsite to the california office.

Couple rounds of personality and technical reviews with different members of the team. Culture is very welcoming. It didn't follow a traditional structure, but it depends on the hiring manager and the department.
