Magna Hospitality Group interview questions

Awful! My initial contact from the recruiter was OK, but then I met with the hiring manager on site in Warwick Rhode Island. She told me that the job posting was different from the job because what was posted was the only posting that they had so they used it. Seriously? Then she said she likes people to bring their new ideas, however She’s the decision-maker and she likes her decisions to be respected. I couldn’t wait for the interview to end and get out of there. I would never work there and totally get all the poor Glassdoor reviews from their own people.

The interview process included 2 pre-screening interviews plus a Superday with 5 additional interviews meeting with various members of the development team. Overall There was 7 total interviews with different people.
