Interview
The interview process was personal and relaxed. Magnetic was more involved on a personal and practical level than a stuffy corporate level. They were very personal and excited to know about my interests outside of work and how I fit into the company culture. I met various times with all team members and exercised on some projects with them before coming on full time.

Can we check out some of the work you've done and what your process was like to get to the end results? What kind of results did you see from this work from a user/engagement perspective?
