I made it through two interviews before I just couldn't take it anymore. The first interview was scheduled as a get to know each other event. I arrived 15 minutes early and observed the interviewers complete an interview and say goodbye to the applicant. I could then hear them discussing the interview and chatting. They came back out 17 minutes after my interview was scheduled to start and called me back. Very basic questions were asked and no information was given about the position. They said they were impressed and wanted to schedule a 2nd interview for the next Monday at 1pm and would send a confirmation email. The second interview would go over job responsibilities , duties and compensation. On Monday at 845am I received the confirmation email for a 10am interview, not the 1pm that was verbally confirmed previously. I called HR and got it worked out, no big deal. At this point I was starting to have serious concerns . I again showed up 15 minutes early and watched the same process. The interview started 28 minutes after our appointment this time. This place is a joke. they want you to sell AT&T fiber optic services at Costco for $10/hr and $120 per contract that actually gets installed. Sounds pretty good, right? Well it does until they deduct your first $450 worth of commissions each week. Example: you work 40 hours and sell 4 contracts that actually get approved and get installed, you would make $430/wk. (40hr x $10/hr) + (4 x $120)=$880 $880-$450=$430.
Interviewer said that in 6-9 months you can be promoted up to the highest level, which is "marketing director" and be making $5,000 a week. I called BS and left the interview. This company is just like a multi tier marketing business selling supplements. Get entry level people to work under you at retail locations and just keep feeding the pipeline to keep shifts covered. Also, these"managers"are still having to work shifts selling services at retail locations as part of their compensation plan as well. Buyer beware of this company...
