Magnolia Medical Technologies interview questions

Very thorough and professional process. First step: a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Second step: phone interview with another regional manager. Third step: presentation on their device and full interview with the hiring manager. Very much enjoyed the process and I was very impressed by their professionalism.

Applied online. Had a brief 20 minute phone interview with the manager of the department. I was then a one hour in person interview with four individuals at the same time from sales and other departments. They advised after that there would be a secondary follow up interview with the CEO if you were chosen to move on from the previous rounds. I interviewed a month ago and still haven't heard back of a yes or no. I have called and emailed multiple times. They set themselves up for failure interviewing so many people and leaving behind others who had interviewed early. I'm very disappointed as this seemed like such a promising position and company.
