Interview
I spoke with HR over the phone briefly. Several days later I was invited to the offices for an in person interview. The interview was conducted by the HR Manager, who was very nice. I was given an overview of what the company does and how it was founded, which I thought was very nice and helpful.

Very basic questions: describe strength and weaknesses. How would my last manager describe me. Where do I see myself in 5 years.

I applied to the position found on LinkedIn. HR called and asked questions. Got a face to face interview with Dev manager. He gave me an overview of what the company does and about the position.

I have a Jr developer and I need another one just like him, can you work 12 hours a day?
Even though we don't know anything about MVC, we rewrote our main web application written in we forms to MVC. Except we couldn't figure out the model part and just used our Data Object Layer. If you want to use EF this isn't the job for you.
We have a new president that wants to diversify the company, because people are not using checks as much because of e-checks, we are going into a new direction of printing billing statements, what do you think?

Interview
In person interview, detailed job description given, facilities tour with introduction to most employees, left with a call to be made within the week on decision. The call to offer the position came 4 days after the interview.
