Interview
The interview process with Main Street Health was lengthy but worth it. It starts with a phone call with a recruiter. Then, you have to complete three interviews. After that, you must complete a background check and drug screening. You must complete each step to receive an offer for a position with the company.

What quality do you believe is your best, and why?

Interview
I was contacted by an individual for a position in Indiana, promptly scheduled a phone screen. Following that, we then promptly scheduled a zoom meeting with another individual. From there, we immediately scheduled an in-person interview with yet another individual. All 3 interviews went well, with all 3 interviewers commenting on how they liked me, my skillset, and thought I was a great fit. Last interview, the person gave me their card and told me to reach out with any questions. Following this they said they would follow up with me to arrange actually going to the jobsite location, meeting the doctor etc by a specific date. I never heard anything by that date, so after waiting, I sent a polite follow up email to let them know I was still interested. Over a month since then, and no response whatsoever. I was completely ghosted by everyone in the company, and never even received notice of a rejection. This is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially after I had taken time out of my work week THREE times to meet with them, and especially considering they contacted me first for the position. I understand they may have chosen to go with someone else or closed the position and that is totally okay - but completely ghosting with no rejection notice after 3 rounds of interviews, saying we would move forward, telling me to contact you, and a follow up email is unacceptable. This was my top pick job and I was extremely excited and missed out on other opportunities I could have taken instead, because they led me on to believe they wanted to move forward. Don’t waste your time or PTO to interview with them.
