First was a phone interview. Second was a panel interview with all senior management including the owner. Each asked questions about how you would meet a particular need in their department. It was about an hour long.

Time management questions, mostly about punctuality and tasking your priorities and how you stay on top of your work load. Also how you handled stress and if you had ever not worked well with people if so, how did you handle it.
