I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR screener. The call went extremely well. I have been working as a PM in the mobile space for 3 years at a well known tech company and was certainly qualified for the role. Not to mention I am obsessed with baseball. The HR screener said I was a great fit and would certainly been moving on to the next round and that the hiring manager would be "thrilled" to speak with me. I never heard from her again. It was by far the weirdest experience I've ever had interviewing. It was almost like this girl disappeared off the face of the earth. I emailed her multiple follow up and got nothing. I wondered if she quit or was let go, but you think that a reputable company would hand over her account gracefully to the next screener. Either way, poor experience.
The process of interviewing is nerve racking but the team ensure instill tranquility, which made the interview easy. Good luck to anyone that is going to interview with them! If there is any additional questions, feel free to reach out.
I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) in Dec 2022
Interview
Initial HR interview, plus 4 other interviews. All went very well, an offer had even been hinted at. After the final interview, I never heard a single peep back from anyone. I followed up a few times to no avail.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) in Jun 2022
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter and all questions were focused on social media content development. Tried to clarify the role throughout the 20 minute conversation but recruiter was clearly unfamiliar with Product Management and digital. After one follow up recruiter has completely ghosted.
