Makeen Senior Front End Developer interview questions

My experience with Makeen has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. Here’s a summary of my ordeal: I went through four rounds of technical interviews and two HR rounds over several weeks. Initially, they conducted three interviews within five days, showcasing urgency, but then began ghosting me. Despite promises of clarity, every time I followed up, I was assured that the "final round" would happen that day, which never materialized. They onboarded me on Slack, created a company email account, and even sent a casual six-month contract, only to block my access later without any explanation. After quoting a salary and initiating discussions based on it, they attempted to renegotiate the offer to a lower amount midway through the process. The HR team and CTO appeared to have no internal communication, leading to significant confusion and mixed signals. They wasted 1.5 months of my time with four technical interview rounds, two HR rounds, and countless emails and LinkedIn messages. As a vendor company working for another organization, their processes lacked transparency and showed no respect for candidates' time and effort. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism. I strongly advise candidates to be cautious when engaging with Makeen.
