MakerState interview questions

I get a call from maker state asking me to do the interview over the phone right at that moment (which I find unprofessional). I asked if the payrate was flexible and the person said maybe but that they didn't know much. I continued on to the final interview. The owner showed up late to the interview and I ended the final interview 5 minutes in because the owner was speaking very condescendingly to me (maybe because I present feminine).
