There are 4 steps to the Interview.
1. Initial Phone Call with the HR/Recruiter
2. Phone screen with some what technical Questions
3. Technical Interview/call
4. Interview with the Manager, Basic behavioral questions.
The Technical Interview was conducted by someone who was not even part of the Company. so that was a little confusing especially when the company had qualified people. seemed a little shady.
The technical Questions were meant for developers, not for SDET. this is something that really does not make sense. it was a bit turn-off.
