Applied through linkend , received an email which went to spam so I missed it. But got in touch with them and scheduled me for a 30minute interview live chat through ring central that afternoon. Asked some questions, told me about position and at the end said I'd know within one business day. Next day I received an offer of employment letter and training starts roughly two weeks from interview took place.

Interview
1. Got an email stating they had got my linkden application and wanted to set up an interview through ring central. (looking into my history on linkden I never applied through them nor did I apply for admin assistant). This email was from Makrocareonc.com (doesn't exist)
2. Interview was scheduled for a certain time, but as soon as the interviewer had me on chat they offered to start the interview (an hour early)
3. I received an email the next business day with an offer letter and instructions to download it, sign it, and send it back. This was from hr at makrocareonc.com .
Both the original letter explaining the job as well as the job offer were on paper with the real makrocare header and footer. But they had a few slip ups that made me look deeper.
Makrocare.com was create in 2002 in India while makrocareonc.com was created last month. The "HR" person was also not listed on Linkedin while the real HR was. Lastly, they were offering $32 for training and $38 after. Which is fair wage, but not something you'll get after answering 15 questions through chat. This was 100% a SCAM. Makrocare customer service also confirmed my suspicions.
