Interview process has 2 phase. 1st phase with HR :- The hr that i've met on that day so friendly and easy to communicate with. He knows everything company policy and benefit, Well done! . 2nd phase with Developer :- The developer that I've met, he doesn't smile and like he is in bad mood. He humiliate me by telling i don't know how to write code from scratch. Dude, you give me 2 hours to complete the project, and would you still want write a code from scratch. Already got plugin ease to use with, why need to DIY. Then he telling me i shouldn't get higher salary. My skill level like Junior. Unbelievable.
