Applied online. Was contacted by HR recruiter a few days later. Had a phone "interview" that was just basic review of my resume. Scheduled a time for a technical assessment test. After that was passed, had an interview with Field Service Managers. Interview was fairly quick and straightforward. Mostly just talking about fixing things, felt more like a casual conversation at a bar than an interview. Was offered the job and I accepted.
