Job title and duties were not what was presented to the temporary staffing agency. The main purpose of interview was for data entry position. Was told it would be replacement for employee leaving, however employee had not obtained other employment and the amount of production i ended up doing was not what was specified in the interview process. The fork lift driver / truck loader was not included in the interview process as this person was not management however was the main person that the shipping clerk needed to interact with. The interview did not include the information that i would be verbally accosted on a daily basis nor that i would be forced to listen and observe inappropriate behavior in a sexual nature.
