I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Logan, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was a three step one for this position. I went in for an initial interview with two of the people in the department. After passing that round I did an at home assignment that was emailed to me. The assignment related to the job position and took about an hour. After passing that round I did one more onsite interview with the same two people and the head of the department.
The interviews and assignment were thorough, but fairly casual and friendly. There was lots of room for discussion and not just question and question.

Question 1
They asked (in more words than I wrote) me what type of work I prefer: to be in charge or people, to have someone be in charge of me, or to just do my own thing.

Interview
After applying on Indeed (both with a resume and cover letter) I was notified that I was selected for an initial interview. Matt also was transparent about the hiring process, that there would be multiple interviews before a selection was made. I was not in town for the dates of the initial interview, and they were able to accommodate me by doing a Skype call.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Logan, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
Following the submission of my resume and cover letter, I was asked in for an interview. After my interview, I was given a short assignment/exercise to complete. After completing that, I was then asked in for a second and final interview. Both interviews were about an hour long and the interviewers were super nice and approachable.
