Interview
They first schedule a phone interview. Then an in person interview. Then another in person interview. I interview twice for two different departments. The first on I made it to the second in person interview. The second I only had a phone interview. If you make it to the in person interview they give you a pillow!

The phone interview was a breeze and when I was accepted to do a 2nd interview in person they made me feel very comfortable and gave me a free malouf pillow just for coming in. It definitely was a great interviewing experience.
