Decent experience to begin with. But what was apparent was that they had no idea what they were looking for. The interview with the CEO was all over the place and the questions didn't seem to be thoughtful in the sense that they didn't align with helping them see how I might be a fit for this role.
Their expectations were high. One project manager to oversee the development work of 4 teams, act as product owner over those same teams, and function as the defacto chief of staff for the CEO.
In the end, they aggressively scheduled a final interview with me to ensure they met with me before my other final interview elsewhere, then canceled it late the night before stating that they had decided to not hire for the role. Again, this shows they have no idea what they're trying to achieve and given what I've seen elsewhere, it suggests there is a lot of instability.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mango Languages

The process is as follows: HR Interview + CEO Interview + Possible 3rd interview (pending). HR interview was very friendly and conversational. CEO interview had the same vibe. Overall, very pleasant and welcoming.

The recruiter was very nice and enthusiastic. The role open due to growth. Small team able to make an impact. Remote position. Seemed it could be a swift hiring cycle but salary was an issue and the process did not advance.
