Nice interviewer, asked if you were okay with a life skills-heavy curriculum and helping students transition/changing diapers. It was relatively easy, and they are supportive of different experience levels. You get to preview different classrooms and determine if the role is a fit .

It was a quick and simple zoom call , it was a group interview and the interviewer asked a couple questions about work history and how you would handle certain situations with the children and or staff
