The interview process was quite good. I was at the Manikaran Solar Limited office in Kolkata. It was about 30 mins , during the whole interview process. Initially, there was a Technical test (MCQ based) of 20 marks. After successfully completed the exam, they will call you basis on your marks. I was interviewed by two personals, one HR and one Technical adviser.
