I applied in-person. I interviewed at Manila Recruitment (Manila, Manila)
Interview
The interview process typically involves an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-person or virtual interviews. Candidates are assessed on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. The process may include technical tests, behavioral questions, and discussions with multiple team members or hiring managers before a final decision is made.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Manila Recruitment (Manila, Manila) in Dec 2022
Interview
Repetitive, they as the same question and scheduled meetings that I'm not sure the purpose of. I doesn't make sense to me to be honest since their role is Head hunter and not the employer.
