Primeira fase foi aplicada prova de 30 questões: português(ortografia), matemática(porcentagem), informática básica, redação(fale sobre você) + dinâmica em grupo, a triagem dos selecionados é baseado na junção prova, dinâmica e apresentação. Segunda fase fizeram nos relacionar com os outros candidatos, aplicada nova dinâmica. Aqueles selecionados, fizeram entrevista individual com o gestor.

Phone screen lasting about 10 minutes, resume submitted to client for client interview virtually with HR and internal recruiter, on site interview with client with hiring manager and HR. Overall, 3 interviews/phone screens total equally 1.5 hours of time.
