The no-camera thing? Totally intentional, and we're glad you brought it up. Keeping our initial interviews audio-only is a core part of our diversity and inclusion commitment. Pair that with anonymized resumes sent to hiring managers, and what we're really doing is stripping away anything that could trigger unconscious bias so the focus stays exactly where it should be: your skills and experience. Every candidate deserves a fair shot, and this is one of the ways we help ensure that actually happens.
On the culture fit comments, we hear you, and that's not the experience we want anyone to walk away with. We ask those questions because the people here are what make MANSCAPED what it is, and finding the right fit matters for us and for the candidate.
