I went through three interview rounds with the Manufacturers Alliance, including a phone screen with the recruiter, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and a virtual interview with the technical lead and a technical consultant. I also completed a "take-home" data analysis assignment. Unfortunately, after the third interview, I did not receive any further communication from the Manufacturers Alliance, even after sending a follow-up email to the hiring manager.
I completely understand the applicant's frustration. It was a relatively lengthy interview process and we owed them a response of some kind. We will be modifying our communications process as a consequence of this individual's poor experience. Thank you for your candid input.

Got a call from HR and had a 20 minute phone interview. Then met with Sales Directors in a conference room. Then met with sales team and other executives. Final interview was with CEO in his office

Extremely fast process. HR moved quickly in reply to my application. Phone screen to offer within weeks. Learned later that HR person only works part-time and hiring is a significant focus of hers due to high turnover.
