Interview process started well, with a relaxed, in-depth conversation about my experience and interests. I was invited onsite for several similar conversations, and told they'd be in touch within a few days about whether we'd be moving forward with a "sprint" interview. Total radio silence since then, despite following up. I think a relaxed, recruiter-free experience is nice and refreshing, but not if it means they don't extend basic courtesies like responding to candidates with a "no thank you, we're pursuing other candidates."
