Very straight forward, one interview in person about 1 hour long, typical questions that would be asked in a service based position.
It was a two on one interview with the hiring managers who are now the direct supervisor for the position.
They were very welcoming and friendly and it was not an intimidating interview process

I applied online and they gave me a call to come in. The interview was very professional and easy going. The interviewer was friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable. The questions asked were relevant and were presented professionally.
