Mari's Little Lambs interview questions

In-person interview, welcoming staff, friendly director. I was a little disappointed by the quality of the materials. I found that the classroom space wasn't used well. And I'm not sure how well they trust their staff because there are cameras in every room. It's definitely a play-based center with bare-bones attempt at curriculum. The owners seem to be set on growth, which means they're raising rates, but cutting corners on program quality.
