Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the HR department the very same day. They said they have a job fair the next day and would like to invite me to be interviewed. I went to their job fair and waited for my turn. I waited about 2 hrs even though I already had an appointment. When it was my turn, they said they didn't have an open position for what I applied for. They still talked to me anyway and said they will have more openings in the future.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marina Del Rey Hospital (Marina del Rey, CA)
Interview
Easy. Was interviewed with the nurse manager of the unit, assistant nurse manager, and HR person. It was all virtual. No clinical questions. Felt welcomed and not intimidated. Allowed me to ask questions and respected my time.
