I applied online. I interviewed at MarineLand Canada (Niagara Falls, ON)
Interview
Was made to wait a long time to start the interview, because the interviewer had booked the day off without telling anyone I was coming. Marine care staff were not friendly or helpful.

Question 1
Typical questions about the job and my work experience. They also asked whether I had any affiliations with past staff, Sea Shepherd, or animal rights groups, and how I felt about keeping whales in captivity.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarineLand Canada (Niagara, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
Brief, easy, interviewer asked the typical script questions. They are so desperate for staff that everyone who applied was offered a position. Throughout the season, staff came and went because of one trainer in particular who had no people skills or management skills whatsoever. He would clearly pick on certain staff members and was downright rude. Guests had even filed complaints against this trainer and yet still MarineLand keeps this unprofessional staff member. I was highly overqualified for the position and yet they keep staff that have nothing to offer but their ability to be manipulated. It's a very unprofessional company and the owner feels he is above all labor laws.
