The interview starts with a recruiter phone call where they go over your resume and go over an overview of the company, together with the job description to understand the role. After this, your resume follows. Then after some days, you should get an email on what next. If you are to proceed, it will be a panel interview usually virtual.

I had 4 interviews; one initial phone screening, one with the hiring manager, and 2 others. The interviews all went well I thought. Made it through them all and the recruiter completely ghosted me after multiple follow ups. Super unprofessional and rude.
