Interview
The phone screening felt rushed (about 10 minutes) and didn’t allow much time to discuss experience or fit in depth. There was also limited clarity on next steps, and I haven’t received follow-up communication since.

Interview
The job that was described in the interview was significantly different than the job posting. In the initial video interview, I was told the vast majority of my day would be spent talking to customers. Portfolio analysts do NOT perform this function. When I applied for the position, I specifically selected on their job board that I would only be interested if it were hybrid. I was informed in the video interview that the position was fully onsite. They also expect you to be an absolute master at Excel, yet the pay they're offering does not match that level of skill. I had no interest in continuing the interview process; they chose to waste my time.

Interview
The company has poor communication and a lengthy multi-month hiring process, creating big hype for a role they never actually intended to offer. They won’t even communicate that you were not selected, leaving candidates waiting indefinitely without closure or transparency.
