The entire interview experience was smooth, well-organized, and surprisingly conversational. From the first screening call to the final discussion, the team made me feel comfortable and respected. Communication was clear, and I always knew what the next step would be.

Interview
Pretty straight forward process. After initial screening, had a hiring manager interview, a system design round, followed by a debugging round (fixed bugs in some Java code). This was followed by a culture round and then a round with their engineering lead.
Unfortunately after all that, however, they went with a different candidate.
