Easy interview process, situational based questions, More concerned with attention to detail and ability to self- start. Cordial and Polite interviewers. Not a lot of filler or fluff straight to facts of the job which I liked.

Easy interview. Was shown around the plant, explained the projects that I might be working on. The hiring manger showed earlier prototypes of filters and explained how they work. Asked questions about previous work experiences, previous projects.
