The interview had many steps: 1 - Interview in English to check the person is fluent. 2 - Interview with an analyst and the manager to talk about the experience and skills. 3 - Interview with the Director to talk about you and yours experiences. 4 - An practical step, they will give to you a situation and you need to solve some problem with the skills related to the job position, as change control, CAPA, risk management... 5 - Interview with the manager and the director, it's a practical interview, they'll give to you many situations to solve as the previous step, you have to be ready for that, because it's not comfortable.
