Here's the process: You will get a call to schedule the numerical test, if you pass, you will more to the next step which is an interview with the HR manager. I advise you to prepare well for the test by searching for "Numerical reasoning tests" online. To pass the test, you have to get over their unannounced minimum grade(it's not 50%) to be considered for the interview. The test was for 35-minutes, make sure to have a calculator with you.
