Their relaxed approach to interviewing candidates really puts you at ease allowing you to put forward the best most geniunie portrayal of yourself without all the enevitable interview nerves! (which there still are some of course) You really get a sense they are genuinely interested in who you are as a person, and value your experience. A nice experience during the interview was that you got a chance to speak to members of the team on a 121 basis opening up the opportunity to get another look at the business not just from a management perpective.
