The first stage was a phone interview with a person from human resources, and then after this I was contacted again for an in-person interview. This was split into two interviews, so one was with the CEO and VP. The other one was with the Account Managers, which was one of the Account managers at the office and then the rest were Skyped in. The whole process was very comfortable and I felt that the environment was very friendly. After this, I was told that I would be contacted within a few weeks with a decision being made. I wait and wait for an email and still have not received one. I emailed multiple people in the company trying to find out if a decision had been made and didn't get a response. After about 2 months of not hearing, I decided to just come to my own conclusion about the job. Through this whole process, I felt that it was very unprofessional to just not inform a candidate about the decisions being made for the job, and felt that the company should have had better communication.
