Marlabs Software Developer interview questions

The worst interview I've had in years, a huge red flag to refuse to work for this company. The company's contact started well, however, in the interview with HR in English, in a completely disrespectful way, they offered and pressured me to accept a salary expectation lower than previously agreed. The interview was in a weak English and the evaluation methods made no sense. I didn't accept feedback from this interview, even though I passed many stages, and I refused the process afterward.

During the 30-minute phone screening, we explored your background, inquiring about your motivations for pursuing computer science. Following your self-introduction, we delved into a series of fundamental Java questions to gauge your programming proficiency and problem-solving abilities. The discussion aimed to provide a comprehensive view of your suitability for the role and your past achievements in computer science.
