Marleylilly interview questions

Informal process, and the over the phone questions were all over the place. I did not hear back as told, and there was a lot of waiting game for this position.

I have invested a month of my time for this process, this companies graphics are not impressive in any way I am not sure why they had such an extensive interview process. These are words for word what I was told the process would be. 1-Career History Form 2-Design Project 3-Profile XT Personality & Abilities Assessment 4-Final In-Person/Zoom Interview ^ That wasn't the final step. It was supposed to be only 4 steps and even after all these steps and all the time invested and having to take off of work for an interview I was told I had to come in for another step and I had to take more time off of work .The personality test was a math and vocabulary test that has nothing to do with anything and took an hour and a half. It felt like they were using all my time just cause they can.
