Online, e a última etapa presencial. Foi bem tranquilo. Falava sobre o grupo, perguntas sobre minhas experiências anteriores. O que eu poderia oferecer a empresa. Com a psicóloga e depois com o gestor da empresa. Foram bastante atenciosos .

Sobre minhas experiências anteriores e o que eu poderia agregar a empresa
I had time to preapere for the interview. I researched the company very well, including their profit over the last couple of years... Took notes and studied them well.
[[Dont bother for this, they dont even look at your CV during the interview. They care what you tell them, your actions, mimics, your pyscology. They dont study you or bother to look at your CV]
Anyways, Schedule a meeting through Teams, I was expecting 4 people to do the interview but I mostly interview with the Operations Manager in the company (cant give you the name or his department) then the HR came.
*The person was in charge changed his attitude towards after I specified my salary expectations,
*Turns out, it was above their standarts and I was told that they could come up with there with my language skill and university diploma

It was very old-fashioned in a way that you had to fill a form with a lot of private information like past salaries, diseases etc. before you even had the interview.
