I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marsh (Norwood, MA) in May 2013
Interview
It was a mass hire interview process. I met with what I would later find out to be regular employees. Some having only been there for 6-12 months. At first glance this may seem off putting however, I think it made for a much more relaxed, low pressure interview. I felt comfortable speaking candidly and openly, which lead to a productive flowing interview. As opposed to a binary interrogation
Very open ended questions about yourself. Focus on answering how you organise different tasks. Multitasking as a skill, is an important thing to mention.
Process was real simple. Be outgoing and should be very doable.
