I spoke with a recruiter for my college career fair who then put me in touch with two ladies for an interview. The recruiter was very kind in our conversation, and the interview was comfortable and easy to speak in. I was told they'd make a decision within the next week, and then simply never said anything to me after that. About a month later I reached out to the recruiter to ask if I would get noticed of rejection, to which it's now been a month since then and never received a reply. I think not informing people they didn't get the position just leaves you a bit on edge and really just unsettled. The people I spoke with were great, but the way the company goes about rejection doesn't really sit right with me.

The interviewers are extremely professional. They do a great job of making sure you feel comofrtable throughout the whole interview process. They are a very transparent organization, and genuinely wants to see all their employees succeed.
