I was interviewed through an employee referral. The process was quick and within a week. I was contacted by the assistant manager/hiring manager. She was sweet and I was invited for an interview. Everything went quick and was asked a few questions and then said I would be contacted in a few days.

The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
