So I got word hey we're having a hiring event if you get refered so I called my old recruiter and he hooked me up with a interview. The lady I interview with was so so nice but stern at the same time she asked me a few questions and then I got some papers to sign and she thanked me for coming in ! That was a Thursday heard from them Tuesday asking me to come in for the second part which is paperwork
Straight forward simple interview questions. The staff was nice and it was during the seasonal season. Did an application, got a call back in within 2weeks, interviewed and got an offer in the next couple of days .
The interview was very easy and simple. They asked a few questions about experience, strengths, weaknesses and education. It was a professional yet casual setting. Overall, they just want to know if you have the right personality or experience to do the job well.
It was easy and chill. The questions were not too hard, and the environment was warm. Make sure you know a little bit about the company's background and operations. But overall it was good. Good Luck!
