It was a brief interview. Just walk in filled out the application and received a call a few days later. I got interviewed at the work place. Went back a few days later for orientation. After finished with orientation I was scheduled my first day of work
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
