Really great store manager! Asked me some basic questions and how I would handle customers, what does success look like to me in this role. Additionally was really easy to talk to and had an amazing genuine conversation.
The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

What experience do you have in retail?
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
