The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

I walked in and asked to pick up an application. As I filled it out one of the managers asked me questions about my qualifications and experience. It was clear I was qualified for the job, and they more or less told me to come back 2 days later for training.

Name a situation where you had to assert yourself to manage a potential incident between two or more people
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
